In memory of Lily Harris

A minute's applause starting at the 33rd minute has been organised for Saturday, in memory of Lily Harris who very sadly passed away earlier this month.

Lily was a lovely girl and a massive West Ham fan so it would mean a lot to her family to get as many people involved as possible.
